Those branded watches usually would have the corresponding brand logo on the pallet of the movement while those replica ones normally would not have. Normally, those high graded watches would apply sapphire crystal as the watch glass material as it would never be abraded. Therefore, you could see whether the glass is made of sapphire crystal to tell the authenticity of the watch.
Secondly, check the watch case and the bottom. Most branded watches, especially those men’s branded watches are engraved with letters indicating the brand, the country of origin, the material, the waterproof ability and the logo etc. Besides, there will be numbers engraving on the movement and the case. In those fake watches, those carvings are usually vague or without the numbers. This offers one channel for the buyers to identify the watch.
